Hello, sorry if you've answered this question before, but what exactly is the difference between Heaven's Machine and House of God on Steam? I know these are both from the same developer and publisher, that being you guys, but aside from the titles I can't really tell the difference.

Having trouble getting the game to run. When I click on the EXE windows asks me what I want to "Open" if I open anything but the data.win file it does nothing. Opening Data.win gives me the game but with 90% of the sound not functioning. What am I doing wrong here?

Hiya, oh dear! Unsure what's going on there... could you ping a message on this to help@superraregames.com and we'll figure it out? :)

Will do!

Hey! Can you tell me how to contact you? Can you add some email or Twitter to your profile?

Oops, yes sorry, can do!

For general queries, hit up hello@superraregames.com, or for dev pitches etc, it's publishmygame@superraregames.com

You can also DM us on Twitter @SuperRareGames (we're just the publisher for Heaven's Machine, of course, the developer is @glass__revolver

That's great! Thank you very much!

The screenshots and trailer really don't make me confident that it's a fun game, it looks busy with enemies and bullets (I don't like Touhou, so whatever maybe some might like it that way) and the background and foreground kinda blend into each other cuz of the lack of colours (Only a brownish white, red, yellow, cyan/blue and dark grey) and it's hard to tell which character is the player because every character look the same, except for the obvious few that are so big they take the whole screen, only thing I can tell easily apart are those blackened squares that denote walls.

Am I the only 1 who thinks the presentation of the game could be a little better?

Reminds me a lot of Glass Revolver's House Of God.

It is effectively a from-the-ground-up reimagining + expansion of his previous game House of God, yup!

I want to be honest. It looks awful. People used to make great pixel games in NES and SEGA era, but this one is a work of an amateur.
